I'd say buy an ice shaving machine, grind some ice, mix it with lemonade and put it in the freezer for an hour or two to get solified but not so much it becomes a block of ice.
But I've never heard of making Italian Ice at home, I always imagined these huge elaborate machines used to churn it out. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
