I loved bread a couple years ago but my passion has tapered off with age. Although I still enjoy a fresh baked loaf, it's been a while since I've went nuts over carbs. I like the sweet asian style buns and really fresh crusty french bread to eat with pasta.
When I go to restaurants, I love it when the bread is especially good. The fresh baked ones that you dip in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, far more preferable to butter. Jam it back in, in the dark. ![]() |
