Most nights I sleep enough but sometimes I worry I go to sleep too late. I sleep at 5AM on weekends but end up waking up at 5PM the next day, and weekdays I usually sleep at 2AM and wake up at 1PM.
I remember there was this study I read about that the later you sleep, the proportion of sleep required to feel rested rises with each hour after 11PM or something. So I may be getting 10-12 hours a night but sometimes I feel like it's not enough for my body since I get tired a lot, especially late afternoon. I was thinking I'm going to look like I'm 50 when I turn 25, I need to curb my sleeping habits. College just doesn't play well into a normal schedule. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
