So... you're controlling a crossbow... with a gun handle.

That makes no fucking sense at all. It's like announcing a steering wheel peripheral, and the first game that comes out that uses it? A scuba-diving sim.

What do you do with a gun? Aim it around to shoot things. What do you do with a crossbow? Aim it around to shoot things. It makes sense.
No it doesn't, they're handled in two completely different ways. A bow you need two hands to handle and a gun you just need one. It makes no sense at all why they didn't just make a game where you use a gun peripheral, for, you know, actually shooting stuff with a gun.

Oh, they had auto-crossbows in medieval times now?! I did not realize this! Did they have infrared laser scopes too?! It looks like they did! Geepers!! Those Hylians sure are advanced!!

There's nowhere I can't reach.

The Wii Zapper is better suited to match the way that you would a crossbow then to how you would hold a revolver.

Oh, dear me... I was in a mall yesterday and thought I saw third-party renditions of gun handles for the Wiimote and forgot completely about this thing. I thought those were "zappers" too. My bad.

It doesn't look at all appropriate for a bow and arrow setup. Wouldn't it be way more logical to just hold the Wiimote out in front of you while pulling the nunchuk close to your chest? In fact, what purpose does this thing serve at all beyond just being a 20 dollar hunk of plastic? It definitely doesn't work for a game like this in which you use a bow and arrow, and I think it would've worked just fine without this useless thing, but obviously that would've made too much sense for Nintendo's "if it's not broken, break it" policy.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
