Thread owner! Consolidate! ARGH!

I have a DA, but there's not much on it since I just use it to comment on friends. I recently found intrest in Shading, and that's my ear to the left. Obviously, my skills leave much to be desired, but I'm working on it.

One thing I have to say about all these people though.. it really irritates me to see people doing 'blends' and 'photomanips' and 'do not steal plz' over and over and over. Yes, you guys can create beautiful signatures and incredible filtered brushes but EXPAND DAMMIT. There's so much potential in everyone that can do stuff similar to Dark Nation and Pyrrus' signatures yet everyone who can do it well stops there! Go ON! Learn Maya or 3dsMax or whatever and apply your extant skills to 3d art. Don't just be 'webmaster hoholoolo' of a 'layouts site' with 6 unique hits a day, that's what we did when we were twelve. Likewise, instead of stopping at HTML, go on to .php, .net or even start coding java!


PS. 'do not steal plz' is quite literally the most irritating thing on the int4rnEt for me, besides MySpace bulletins. No matter who clever you think your size -12808724 link is, people will still delete it, if they decide to use your 'layout' in the first place, which you copied from someone else and deleted their link. Same with graphics. There are millions of other people who know how to brush over your silly little "owned by ©2006 lil_azn_boi_designs.freewebs.com" despite your little paradigm that you are capable of doing anything on photoshop at all.
