I wear thongs all the time (THE FEET KIND.. unless..), and yeah for the beach they are pretty useless. Especially if you're wearing the rubber ones, because that heats up and start melting the magical spot between your big toe and the not so big toe next door. They're quick to chuck on, and you can easily fling them off your foot and into someones face. What's not to love?
