America, trash cans everywhere but still everyone litters.
Japan, trash cans rather allusive, but no one litters. Or at least thats what I've noticed :P. I can't stand peopel littering. I always give peopel crap about littering. I honk at people I see litter while driving, even if its just a cigarette bud. Jam it back in, in the dark.
