Usually once a day. I shower at night, not in the morning. I don't get how people could go to sleep feeling dirty. I much prefer sleeping feeling clean and I wake up and usually just wash my hair again but not my entire body.
Sometimes though if I'm dead tired and night and too tired to get up and just want to go to sleep I will skip the shower if I didn't do anything that day and I'm not feeling too dirty. Jam it back in, in the dark.

When you get dreads you can't wash your hair or it messes it up. I have quite a few black friends with dreads that walk around and their hair stinks because they shower but have to use a shower cap to not wash the dreads.
There's nowhere I can't reach.
