For fast food I check the bag to make sure everything is there because people are only human. I'm not going to scream at someone just because they forgot a burger. If there's onion or something I didn't want I just pick it off, it's annoying but not a big deal.
I rarely send back food in restaurants due to stories I've heard from relative who was a chef. I would never send back food in a fast food joint I'd just ask for a refund. How ya doing, buddy?
