Sleipner that's terrible I wouldn't expect that in a pharmacy as I would in other places like fastfood. I've never seen a scene at a pharmacy before myself.

What?! That's all a simple mistake like that?! Sure I could see the customer getting pissy while asking for the refund but hitting the cashier! That guy should be arrested for assault. Screaming is wrong but that has to be where it stops.
When I worked in fastfood I got screamed at by a few customers for no good reason and had some rude people but it's nothing compaired to being hit!
