I drive an automatic and know how to drive manual should the need arise (although expect gears to grind), but I'm much more familiar with automatic for the obvious reasons. I have no personal preference, as manual gives you more control over the engine but automatic is a lot easier and eliminates the concern of rolling into the car behind you on hills.
However, my girlfriend swears by manual transmission >.> Jam it back in, in the dark. |
