What would be truly awesome is if they brought back popular opponents from both Punch Out games. The prospect of having Don Flamenco, King Hippo, Soda Popinski, Dragon Chan, Mad Clown and Narcis Prince all in one game is gleeful. A slew of new opponents would be grand also, else it will feel too old hat.
Ideally, the last foes should be the Bruiser Bros. from SPO. They were pretty cool and were designed with just the right amount of challenge - neither was overwhelmingly simple nor difficult to overcome. That's how the game should feel, balanced right to the end. Also, a boxing kangaroo as a new opponent would be the greatest thing ever. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
But they still haven't revealed Mr. Sandman.
Or - if there is a God above - Dragon Chan and Narcis Prince. There's nowhere I can't reach. ![]() |
