I am going to wait & see, but I would probably have to say Wii. The Xbox 360 does not have any exclusive games I can't live without, nor will it ever because of PC ports. By the time they port 360 games to PC they are cheaper, so that's even better. Sony's current business strategy is, at this point in time, insane imho...

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Actually... I've changed my vote. The next-generation console I'm going to buy is... Dreamcast.

No joke: http://www.gamingforce.com/forums/ge...dreamcast.html

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Whatever company or system they liked, everyone also seemed to have a PS2. It seems like for the new gen systems, everyone is going to have a Wii. Which means a huge audiance for game companies to create games for. This is exactly what won the previous gen cycle for PS2.
True, even though the GC and Xbox are more powerful, PS2 won out in the end. However, PS2 has been more expensive than GC for the whole time they have both been out, so it wasn't due just to pricing. It will be interesting to revisit this topic again one year after all 3 systems are out and see what their libraries look like, and take a look at market penetration for each system...

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Since Xbox360 is "last year's tech," I think people look at the PS3 as being more technologically advanced. The base PS3 is only $100 more than the Xbox Premium setup. Couple that with the strong following the PS2 has and it makes sense I suppose.

True. I don't think Grand Theft Auto 4 is going to draw a lot of non-gamers to the scene, but if anyone can do it Nintendo can and they now have a proven track record of this.

119 out of 140 voters plan to get a Wii. Don't think we need a recount on this one lol...

I was speaking idiomatically.
