I've made my theme "justice," and I am branching off into topics such as revenge, guilt, fair vs. unfair, etc. The difficult I'm having is coming up with enough texts to use with this theme.

I'm trying to think of how The Great Gatsby would fit one of those themes. All high school students should read The Great Gatsby at some point; it still remains the greatest work of American literature.
However, a couple titles that I can think of which may fit the bill that are "To Kill a Mockingbird" and "Serpico," if non-fiction is also allowed. I read Serpico on my own, but it was really an amazing story, more like something out of a movie than real-life. That definitely deals with justice and the fair vs. unfair themes.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
