Hmm... this is a tough one. It's like "name every game you have never played." That's quite a few!
However, my main genres are platformers and RPG's, so I'll stick to those. To consider a game series "epic" I would say it needs to have 5 titles or more. So, I would name the Ultima, Wizardry, Suikoden, and Wild Arms games. (Actually, I own Wizardry 8 for PC, Suikoden III, and Wild Arms 1 and 3, but haven't played any of them yet. Eventually, perhaps...) Oh, and does Pokemon count?  Most amazing jew boots
