The extra music is already in WAV on the DVD. Just grab them and copy the files to your HDD, by opening the CD under My Computer. EAC won't be needed until you want to compress the tracks. Well, that's how I did mine...
 Also, AFAIK EAC can't rip DVDs. It stores the music differently than the way CDs do so. Jam it back in, in the dark.
