I don't know! I download, but most of the time it's just to see if I want to spend money on the legit item, or because I can't buy it otherwise. In those cases, if it's OOP I have no problem downloading at all. In fact, about 95-99% of my collection is legit...
That said, I am mainly an uploader. While, there's certain things I won't share I mostly stick with Anime, VGM and otherwise OOP music. Jam it back in, in the dark.
