We usually have a big Christmas meal on Christmas Eve along with the opening of one gift.
Christmas morning is, of course, the opening of the rest of the gifts, and usually a lot of food is made to last the rest of the day. Although the first things I mentioned still occur, the Christmas day meals don't really happen anymore. It's usually leftovers from the previous night reheated and served. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
