Ferguson was bizarrely dressed in a ninja costume.

But when Ferguson burst into the Phillips' home, the man who fired him from the casino fired three shots from a .357 Magnum.

Ferguson was dead at the scene.

He had stalked the elderly couple for months.

“Ferguson was spotted in Healdsburg twice in the past six months,” the Healdsburg Press-Democrat reported tonight.

“Police said he brought flowers to the Ferguson home in September, apparently in an attempt to confirm their address. They filed a suspicious person report at the time.”
