That's what you do in these situations.
But, let me tell you something.
If the man had a heart attack during your first exchange, and you couldn't save him--say because he was locked behind that glass--then it's an accidental death. No problem.
However, since you are asking if you go back and do the same thing so he WILL have one and die, and you pruposely do nothing about it. It's pre-meditated murder. See you on death row.
