I would agree that working out really helps in getting to sleep and waking up refeshed. Another thing is not eating too much sugar or junk food. That usually causes problems. Nutrition is important in maintaining a constant sleep pattern. Sometimes its hard to avoid however. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
