I don't really mind people wearing shoes in my dorm, mainly because people don't stay long enough, and I only live here for eight months of the year. Otherwise, if I am home, or in a large apartment, I make sure people take off their shoes. If someone is planning to lie on my bed or something, I will ask them to remove their shoes.
