I enjoy jogging more than anything else, especially when listening to music. I like the feeling that I am moving about.
Some of my friends ask me why I don't use the machinery for running, etc., its just mainly because I want purpose with my exercise.... even if in means running in large ovals.  But I guess for overall workout and satisfaction, jogging may not be the best. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
