I would say age 16 is when to say stop. I mean, by that age, if you can't afford to buy your own candy or bum off your parents as often as possible, then you are having difficulty.

Although, if you are about 5'7 or less, you could probably get away with it until your about 21 or so. I guess if you feel you need to go trick or treating, go ahead and do so... you just may not like the responses some people will give you...

I stopped at age 14 (Grade 9), my brother quit at age 12. Now that I am in University, I usually go to the parties, although all I dress up in is my plaid jacket... Lumberjack Man!

You know, I don't even buy candy anymore. My roomate buys and eats candy and candy bars so much, I will just knock on his door for Halloween. Saves me from having to go outside and endure the weather.

I might put on a costume still.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
