I don't eat out much anymore, and that has made a huge difference on me. Personally though, if I were to go on a diet, Subway is the way to go. Especially, when you add all the veggies, with no sauce. Healthy stuff I say.
Where I live, I eat fairly well... although sometimes I eat mainly junk food....

Pop and candy is all my diet somedays.
At the same time, sometimes I get really busy, or forget the time, and I don't eat for about twelve or more hours. Then when I do eat, it isn't much. Just enough to satisfy me. So I say my diet is around 2 500 calories a day... although the health of it might be a little low...
