I usually watch a TV show or something, or play certain videogames as they tire you out quickly.

I have had some terrible sleeps lately and end up surfing the internet till I think I can sleep.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

It is kinda weird that you mention that, because whenever I am physically active, even though I am really tired, I still have a hard time getting to sleep.

Hmmmm.... I will have to look into that. Maybe its my diet of sugar that is causing the problem?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
