I think my record was five plates. My rationalization for that was the fact that I ran 1.5-3 miles a day.
 I didn't have any ice cream though, since I can't stomach soft-serve ice cream. If I'm feeling unhealthy (hah!), I'll probably only go for two plates.Jam it back in, in the dark.
