I'm a chocolate lover. Period. However, if there's one type of chocolate that I despise, it's white chocolate.

Among my favorite are Frangos, Lindt, Ghirardelli, and of course, Ferrero Rocher. Lindt truffles are amazing, and their white chocolate truffles are the only variety of white chocolate that I like.

Dove is also okay, if I'm not in the mood for spending a lot. I actually don't really like Hershey's chocolates for some strange reason. It don't have a very chocolatey flavor. I still haven't gotten around to trying Godiva chocolates yet, but I've heard that they're pretty tasty.
($4 for TWO truffles?!)

That's because white chocolate is devoid of cocoa solids, which is what what basically gives your other chocolates their chocolatey flavor. It's mostly made of cocoa butter, which is what gives it a creamy texture.
