Vitamins and Minerals!

So how do you get your vitamins and minerals? Do you take supplements, or would you rather stick to food for your needs? Or perhaps you fall somewhere in between?

Personally, I'm not a big fan of vitamin supplements, so I usually just stick to my fruits and vegetables. Especially during the summer, I find it much easier to do this, whereas during the school year, I definitely don't eat as healthy. So when I do crack open a jar of vitamins, I go for the gummy kinds. Why lie. I do realize that these are made for 5-year-olds, but they're the only way I'll remember to take them. Some of these gummies taste just like regular gummy bears, so I just feel like I'm eating candy. When my friends are over, they raid our medicine cabinet for the gummies as well. As far as specific supplements, I just don't take them. A regular multi-vitamin does the trick. Plus I get enough Vitamin C from all the juice I drink, so I don't need extra C supplements either. Heck, Minute Maid is adding more calcium to my OJ. ;__;

How ya doing, buddy?

when I was a small kid, my mother tell me to eat vitamines and mineral, espacially mineral waters with carbonate ( waters with carbonate are better then water
Mineral water, eh? I think I've tried it once, and I didn't care much for it. I usually take my water straight from our drinking water spout at the sink. When I'm lazy or in a crunch for time, I'll just grab a regular bottle of water, although I prefer the former. Bottled water just tastes strange, with the exception of Le Nature's.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I still have a problem drinking water directly from the tap- I must have my water boiled before I drink any of it.

Haha perhaps I'm the odd one out here. Our drinking water from the tap goes through a special filter and has its own spout, so it's not like the filters you install right over a faucet. I used to drink boiled water when living at my grandma's place, but I never really like it. Flat! I'm not even sure if water can be flat, but that's the best I can describe it as, unless the water was like that before it was boiled. Or maybe this is hardness/softness I'm experiencing. Well, either way, I don't really know, as I've never had that water straight.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
