I think it shows the early stuff of shadow of the colosus and stuff. It has some really cool stuff on it I think :P Anyway Dave1988 where did you get that picture for your sig, it is fantastic.

Off topic but oh well if you really like that art book I suggest purchasing the Okami Art Book. I have not bought it for myself but i've heard it is one of the best.
