I use a program called Hide Files and Folders. It works extremely well. You can set the option to either password protect the folder or hide it completely.
I usually hide it because if you password-protect a folder that's not a root folder, it'll stupidly prompt you for the password when you open the root directory instead of the actual folder you protected. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
