Final Fantasy IV.
 I tried so hard to like this game, especially since it's nearly universally loved (on GFF as well, so far as I know... well, among those that like Final Fantasy; this thread alone contains obvious proponents of the opposite). I love all the other Final Fantasys, but everything in IV just seemed so... rushed and superficial. Although I'm pretty certain that if I had any nostalgia for this title I would probably feel a little different. Jam it back in, in the dark.
