This is the worst thing they could be doing, especially at an elementary school.
"Students are also instructed not to comply with a gunman's orders, and to take him down." That's smart, let's get ALL of them killed. I think the only solution is to spend the money on increased security, including armed trained guards at the school. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
