[PC] Help me identify this game!

I didn't get to game much when I was growing up, so recently I've been going back and getting all those games I tried at friends houses that I never got to really play when I was a kid. I've gone back and found nearly all of them, but I need help identifying a PC game.

I've talked to all my friends who I grew up with, but for the life of me I can't figure out what this game is, probably because I can't remember it very well at all. It was a PC game, probably came out around 1993. I believe the view was third person, a male character you could move around, and I remember he has a butterfly net (although I don't think that was the only thing he could use). The detail that would possibly give the best clue is that this game was on all my school computers right after they switched from Apple to PC, but I do not remember it being an educational game.

I know that doesn't give you much, but if anyone can help me identify this game with these horribly vague clues, its GFF!
