Nintendo should be more creative..
Post of the year.

Sure it's sad that the cast will be modified a little but they just cannot satisfy all the gamers out there. Not even by keeping all characters.
But I'd rather have them to toss some of them than to have 26*10^9 characters in Super Smash Bros. 6.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Today's update is here, containing crates and barrels.
I wonder what they'll be introducing tomorrow...A new texture, maybe?
I'm not a fan of useless updates. Less am I a fan of daily updated websites, it just takes away the surprise a little. Then again, I'm just too curious...

As great as it is to see Dr. Wright, the bumper is easily the best update thus far.

As my favorite item in the original Smash Brothers, I was sad to see it miss the cut in Melee. The fact that it's returning in Brawl, something I believe I mentioned I'd love to see earlier, makes me very happy. All bumper matches were a blast, and it's something I can only wait with great joy to do again.

It's sad that people are going to complain about such awesome news though.
Huh? They cut it out from SSBM? Never noticed that...
It's not exactly a bad item, since you can use it to annoy your opponents.

What's with all the character fuss?
I'd rather have the element of surprise preserved when buying the game and would like them to reveal some more stages (especially with their music) and new items. That's what makes the game interesting after all.

Heck, Sonic's going to be included anyway. Happy, fanboys? -_-"

Some dumb DK stage? This stage is based on Jungle Beat, the greatest gaming experience ever concieved. This will be the best stage in the game.
WRONG. It'll be the best stage EVER!
Just you look at it, the water keeps flowing down, down, down.

I was speaking idiomatically.

Heck, not even anything new during E3, where they could have gained a bit more attention. Not showcasing the game and not releasing new updates? Its too under the radar.
It seems E3 was for the masses, not the core gamers. E3 was Wii Fit all the way.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

Am I the only one who is becoming increasingly unsatisfied with the stages? It seems that each new stage that is shown lacks any variance from the ones before it; they are all platforms with a scenic background. I'm hoping they'll show some interesting stuff soon, and not the same old shit.
Same here. Somehow I think all of the stages will have some elements of surprise in them that keep them interesting and it would be stupid to reveal those in advance. I hope so at least.

That’s nine in all. Amazing!
Maybe I'm overly picky/intelligent, but aren't that seven in all? -_-"

I just tried to compensate the self-own situation back there with another silly comment. Guess it didn't work...

To be quite honest, I really didn't think of the Side+B special moves (were they in the original SSB?). I should've read the combination descriptions more carefully.

FUCK YEAH! Correctly translated track titles for A Link to the Past! And... FUCK YEAH! Music from A Link to the Past!

This is going to be one hell of a soundtrack. I just wish they used a better synthesizer, I don't like that one really much. The Super Smash Bros. Melee one sounded a lot better. Could also be to all the people involved in this, maybe everyone uses the sound system (they're not experienced with) to arrange the tracks they're assigned for.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Damn, just hopped on over to the Japanese version of Ashley's theme and her voice is adorable in that one.
Urgh... I really don't like that voice at all. It's just the typical "please-no-daddy-don't-rape-me" kind of stereotypical vocals you get from most Japanese girls. The American is full of win - for me at least.

I just noticed, the Japanese guys got something more today: Just beneath the Kirby update is another remixed track from しゃべる! DSお料理ナビ. Strange. When something like that happens, we normally get the same update with the notice of a Japan-only release.
