The whole 'world domination' bit was ironic, since most "final bosses" (admit it, that's what he basically is now) have that goal at the top of their lists, right above stealing candy and hustling old people.

<speculation>I'm curious about the whole elemental training - say Naruto pulls it off. He's still got to hit the person with Rasengan, yes? Or would the elemental addition make a significant difference? </speculation>

Lawl. I'm just wondering what the point would be of adding wind to an already wind-like move. o_O I could see it doing more damage, or having an added effect, but nothing really important seems to stick out.
