Problem reinstalling Baldur's Gate TotSC.
I don't know where to post something like this, but here goes.
I go to reinstall Baldur's Gate and Tales of the Sword Coast. Fucking Tutu. As anybody who's installed this game in the first place should know, doing this requires swapping discs. Now, the installer crashed mid-installation/just as I put disc 2 in. I go to uninstall ( because it crashed and setup...y'know ), it bitches about an uninst.isu file missing. I know damn well it's not in the BG folder, so no use in telling me to find it. That installs on another disc. That's not disc 2. Should be first thing on disc 1. Does anybody know how to fix this problem? Maybe send me the missing file? Edit: Galactica sucks. Jam it back in, in the dark.

BG II never gave me this shit. Maybe Khalid's presence in the original games contributes to the its misbehaviour, like it doesn't want to harm you with his presence. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
