Overrall it's a very strong soundtrack (favorites include Ryu, Cody, Bison, Honda and Karin), but I agree it sounds less great off the heels of SFA2, definitely the best soundtrack of the Street fighter series. SFA3 has more characters though, so having few misses and many decent to great songs were good enough.
