I always check VGM World first, then Play-Asia. They tend to have the most obscure albums. After that, CDJapan, Otaku.com, and GameMusic.com. AnimeNation hardly has any selection, so they're only good for classic popular albums like Final Fantasy, etc. I only check eBay as a last resort for getting a particular album, as it's more difficult to deal with.
Sometimes I'll also hit up Chudah's Corner or Slightly Dark to see if I can buy some albums off of someone. Jam it back in, in the dark.
