I personally would make an exception in this case for two reasons:
1. The song was just posted online for free to listen to. It wasn't part of an album nor was it for sale. 2. The song is more well-known via the game. The game has sold more copies than this song has been listened to on Newgrounds. But that's just a per-case thing. I'm not exactly sure how I'd change policy to allow for this typically. Jam it back in, in the dark.
