Let's keep any further trading discussion to that thread. I haven't heard this game rip in its entirety, but I think the arrangement is very well done overall. It stays true to the compositions of the original while shaping the music in a way that makes it cute and palatable. According to the credits I've seen, the music was done by Toshihiko Horiyama, who actually composed for Rockman X4 and Tron ni Kobun, as well as other Rockman X games. I'm glad he's still responsible for music in the Rockman franchise, as he is good as what he does. Jam it back in, in the dark.
