Waaaaaaaaay too many to list, but here's a quick selection:
Final Fantasy VII: Install, play for a week, forget about it, start over again 2 months later. I'm forcing myself to finish the game first before watching FF7 Advent Children due to my spoiler paranoia, but from the looks of things I'll be busy with this till Doomsday.
Resident Evil series: Play with the other characters and get the alternate endings for 1 & 2, play 3 & 4.
EVERY SINGLE ZELDA GAME EVER: I did finish Link's Awakening about a month back... right now I'm struggling through LttP and OoT. And Twilight Princess is gonna be consuming my free time in a few weeks as well (hopefully).
Jam it back in, in the dark.
