Neither of those programs you mentioned have any dedicated spyware protection, so that explains how you got these bugs in the first place. To fix this, download, install, and update both Spyware Doctor and Trend-Micro Anti-Spyware. Boot your computer into safe mode (press F8 after restarting it until the boot menu appears) and go to town. Once that's done, run CCleaner to clean up the remains of the spyware and any temporary internet crap leftover. That should get rid of your problems without much hassle.
