The memory you have will not be compatible. The type of motherboard you have there needs DDR2 memory at 533, 667, or 800 MHz, which means more money to spend. Also, is your video card an AGP or PCI-E model, because the board only has the latter slot available.
The processor and motherboard are nice, but as it stands you will need to buy new memory and video card to use them. The OS disks you have probably won't work because of the difference in the hardware, so again, more money to spend. If money really is a concern, then you would be best off saving up for a brand new machine rather than try and piece one together with older technology.
