I chose sometimes, and this is out of choice. I never try to say fuck, I don't know why. I guess it sounds extremely ugly to me. However, I like to use shit, crap, damn, and ass anytime I can find it funny to do so. For example, I look at a book and say, "That's some long ass book you're reading". Other examples like "he's taking a crap", "holy shit that's some gross picture", or something to that extent. Nothing insulting.
