I exercise around half an hour a day, if I could. Mostly jogging on a treadmill. Then I do a few calisthenics like push ups, sit ups, etc. as part of my routine. Now during the summer, it's likely, but when I was actually doing work, I would come home a little late for exercising so I would just forego it. During school, I would really try for daily, if not, every other day. There were times when I would just shoot for weekly. XD
As for home, I already lost several lbs. over the summer. Mainly a good diet and moderate exercise will do. Heck, I especially believe in the power of food, so mayyybe no exercise is doable, but results would be slower. I've cut down significantly on unhealthy things, like ice cream (wahhh summer with no ice cream!) but instead of eating a few scoops I would limit myself to like 2 spoons twice a week or something ridiculous. All you need is the taste; not a cupful. Diet, to me, is very important. Especially my experience with freshman year of college, I literally got the freshman 15. That's because I just ate too much at the servery. =\ Still trying to downsize myself!
I don't normally play sports. Pretty sad. But I do play tennis and can be coerced to play soccer if there needs to be an extra member.
I think staying fit is very important. It really boosts your self esteem and having a goal during the summer at least gives you something to shoot for.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
