Yeh, the whitestrips work. I used the Crest ones. But even if you don't have sensitive teeth, by the end of the treatment cycle your teeth kill because of the sheer amount of peroxide they're constantly being exposed to.
My suggestion is to brush your teeth with baking soda. Just straight baking soda. That will keep them white over time, and if you want to occasionally brush with a mixture of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide, that will whiten them the fastest. Just don't swallow the peroxide. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
