Medium-well. I like mine a little tough, with hardly any pink in the middle.
I do know someone who won't eat it unless there is blood gushing from it. I find it pretty disgusting, for some reason. Just give them the fucking cow if you're going to be like that. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
