I drink way beyong the 8 recommended glasses a day. Most of the time, anyway. I find that when I've got a day off I drink noticeably more than when I'm out and about. I always try to have a bottle of something with me.
Most people don't realize you don't have to drink pure water. Although it's better, I know plenty of people that buy crystal light or those little packets of tea you can mix in your bottle of wate to get their fluids in that way. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
