Picked up S.T.A.L.K.E.R, Shadow of Chernobyl when it was released.
Even with though this game is highly flawed, it's the only PC game I've bought since Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines that I've not regretted buying. Kudos to GSC for finally getting it out, and for trying to set themselves apart from other games. One of the best settings I have ever seen in a game. Hopefully they'll manage to patch the biggest faults. It really is a flawed diamond. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
